Financial Aid: A limited amount of financial aid is available. If you wish to apply for financial aid, please check here ______ and you will be sent an application form for financial aid. Decisions concerning amounts to be offered will be made in relation to the number of applications received, and notification will be made six weeks prior to the event.
Fee for Weekend Retreat (Friday, 7 PM through Sunday, 10 PM): $700 ($650 for Alumni/ae) includes 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches and 2 dinners. It does not include housing. Upon request, a list of suggested housing options will be provided, including B&B's, Motels, and neighbors of the Schneiders who will rent rooms for $50 per night.

Three pages of typed writing sample in any form. Please double-space prose. Poetry may be single-spaced. The purpose for this request is not to judge your experience in writing, but rather to have an introduction to your writing voice for purposes of better planning the content of the retreat. If you wish to have a manuscript response by Pat included in an optional private conference with Pat during the retreat, please include in your application or forward to Maureen no later than three weeks prior to the retreat, a manuscript of no more than 10 double-spaced, unpublished pages of prose or 5 poems, which may be single spaced.$100 non-refundable registration fee. For cancellations made prior to 6 weeks before the event, we will hold the registration fee to be used for either of the next two retreats. The remainder of the full fee is due six weeks prior to the retreat, at which time persons on the waiting list will be notified of cancelled registrations.
If this will be your first event with Pat, please include the names and contact information for two references. Please indicate their relationship to you. In most cases, references are not contacted, but having the information on file is sometimes helpful.
Upon receipt of your application you will receive a detailed schedule of the retreat and suggestions for housing.
